How to store spiral steel custom pipeline

　　If the spiral steel custom pipeline is wet, it will rust, so spiral steel custom pipeline can't be wet when it is stored.

　　1. If long-term optical storage is needed, the obscure cover should be used to protect the spiral steel custom pipeline from corrosion, aging of the corrosion layer and edge warping from the beginning of storage.

　　2. Covers should be strong and durable to prevent the erosion and leakage caused by prolonged sunshine and rain.

　　3. When covering the ASTM A53 Spiral Steel Custom Pipeline, the surface of spiral steel custom pipeline should be ventilated to prevent the water vapor from evaporating and gathering on the surface.

　　4. The spiral steel custom pipeline should be maintained at a definite interval from the ground to ensure ventilation of the pipe.

　　5. After stacking and storing the spiral steel custom pipeline, the end protector should be removed to prevent moisture from gathering at the interface between the end protector and the spiral steel custom pipeline and being difficult to volatilize.

　　6. When spiral steel custom pipeline is stored, attention should be paid to the number of layers of spiral steel custom pipeline stacking, so as to prevent excessive layers from forming one-sided stress at the end of the pipe, so as to cause radial plastic deformation of the spiral steel custom pipeline and damage of the anticorrosive coating. It is suggested that the stacking layers of bare pipes should refer to APIRP 5L1-2009 Pipeline Steel Pipe Railway Transport Recommendation Practice or APIRP 5LW-2009 Pipeline Steel Pipe Ship and Sea Ship Transport Recommendation Practice. It is also advisable to test and confirm or implement it according to the safe stacking height of spiral steel custom pipeline. The stacking layers of anti-corrosion pipes should comply with GB/T 23257-2009 Buried Steel Pipeline Polyethylene Antiseptic Coating.

　　7. Prevent contact with contaminants such as oil and copper when spiral steel custom pipeline is stored.

　　8. Formulate the system documents for long-term optical storage of rectangular tubes and implement them in accordance with the system.
