Applicable scope of large diameter stainless steel flanges

　　Large diameter stainless steel flanges is a kind of resistance welding method which uses resistance heat to weld two workpieces along the entire end face at the same time. Butt welding is highly productive and easy to automate, so it is widely used. Its application scope is:

　　(1) butt welding of dissimilar metals can save precious metals and improve product performance. For example, butt welding between the working part of the tool (high-speed steel) and the tail (medium carbon steel), butt welding between the head (heat-resistant steel) and the tail (structural steel) of the exhaust valve of the internal combustion engine, butt welding of aluminum-copper conductive joint, etc. Butt welding is divided into two types: resistance butt welding and flash butt welding.

　　(2) butt welding of annular workpiece such as automobile rim and bicycle, motorcycle rim butt welding, butt welding of various chain.

　　(3) Component assembly welding will be simple rolling, forging, stamping or machining parts butt welded into complex parts to reduce costs. For example, butt welding of automobile axle housing and rear axle housing, butt welding of various connecting rods and pull rods, and butt welding of special parts, etc.

　　(4) Workpiece lengthening such as 30 Inch Large Diameter Stainless Steel Flanges, profiles, wires, reinforcing bars, rails, boiler pipes, oil and gas pipelines.
