3D/5D large-caliber bends

　　Big pipe elbow 3D or 5d pipe bends is made by high frequency bend machine. This kind of large-caliber bend radius is normally used in oil and gas filed. The large-caliber bend angle is from 90 degrees to 45 degrees. And there have other special bending radius like 5 degrees, 11 degrees, 22 degrees etc. The materials we can supply carbon steel (CS) and alloy steel etc.

　　large-caliber bend radius length is five times of the diameter MAX. and min is five times of nominal pipe diameter. For example, 8 inch 5D 90 degree elbow. The large-caliber bend radius is R=1000mm min R=1096mm MAX. And any way, the bending radius can be named by the buyer. Different standard may have some difference on the length of the pipe radius. Our advance bending machine is controlled by computer to name the degree of the large-caliber bend. The tolerance is up and down one degree. The operator input the named length then it will according to the named degrees to produce.

　　High frequency pipe bends after heating treatment will be cutting and painting and marking. Our heating furnaces are 12 meters long and 3 meters high. It can meet the most need of the bend heating treatment.
