Application of flange in petroleum

　　Flange is still widely used in petroleum and industry. You can see the application of butt welding flange in various fields of industry. However, the use of butt welding flange requires a lot of attention.

　　There are two types of butt welding flange specifications used in petroleum and chemical industry. One is the specification of pressure vessel butt welding flange and the other is the specification of pipe butt welding flange. There are two kinds of flat welding and butt welding flanges with and without lining ring. When the equipment is made of stainless steel, carbon steel butt welding flange 7 and stainless steel lining ring can save stainless steel.

　　When using the specification of butt welding flange to confirm the size of butt welding flange, it is necessary to know the nominal diameter and nominal pressure of butt welding flange. The nominal diameter of butt welding flange of pressure vessel and the nominal diameter of pressure vessel shall take the same series of values. For example, dn1000mm pressure vessel shall be equipped with dn1000mm pressure vessel butt welding flange.
