Difference between high pressure flange and general flange

　　1、 The pressure that high-pressure flange can bear is different from that of general flange. High pressure flange is used for connecting flanges of pipes or equipment with pressure higher than 10MPa. Under the condition of low pressure, more plate type flat welding flanges are used. High pressure flanges are generally integral flanges and neck flat welding flanges, which can withstand relatively large pressure.

At present, it mainly includes traditional high-pressure flange and high-pressure self tightening flange. High pressure flange is mainly used in pipeline devices. High pressure flange connection is an important connection method for pipeline construction. It mainly focuses on the connection between receiving and pipe, which plays an important role and value. High pressure flange connection is to fix two pipes, pipe fittings or devices on a flange respectively, add flange pads between the two flanges, and fasten them together with bolts to complete the connection. Some pipe fittings and devices now have their own flange, which is also attributed to flange connection.

　　Wear resistance: the content of AI203 in the lining ceramic layer of ceramic composite steel pipe is greater than 95%, and the microhardness is hv1000-1500. Therefore, it has extremely high wear resistance. Its wear resistance is more than ten times higher than that of quenched medium carbon steel, which is better than tungsten drill cemented carbide.

　　Corrosion resistant ceramics are neutral materials with stable chemical function. They have excellent corrosion resistance and acid resistance. They can resist various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents. Their corrosion resistance is more than ten times that of stainless steel. High pressure flange is mainly used in places with strong pressure resistance. Generally, it is above 10 pressures, which is called high pressure.
