Polishing technology of stainless steel special pipeline cap
Rough polishing is used to grind, polish or grind the head surface with hard wheels. Therefore, rough polishing is also called grinding or polishing. Stainless steel special pipeline cap is mainly used to remove burrs, scratches, rust marks, oxide scales, sand holes, bubbles, welding nodules, welding slag and various macro defects on the surface of parts, in order to improve surface smoothness and reduce surface roughness.
Fine polishing is the last process of polishing stainless steel special pipeline cap. It is a method to process the surface of parts with soft wheels coated with polishing paste. Because stainless steel special pipeline cap is carried out on a relatively flat surface, the roughness of the surface can be further reduced to achieve the purpose of micro-leveling, so a very bright surface can be obtained. Moreover, there is no obvious wear on the substrate when the head is polished, and the surface roughness can reach about 0.01 um, which can truly achieve the mirror brightness.
