Reversal of supply-demand relationship of oil custom pipeline

　　The delivery status of oil custom pipeline is usually hot-rolled after heat treatment. After the quality inspection, the API 5CT N80 Seamless Carbon Steel Oil Custom Pipeline must be selected by the strict manual work of the staff. After the quality inspection, the surface should be oiled, followed by several cold drawing experiments. After hot rolling, the perforation experiments should be carried out. If the perforation enlargement is too large, straightening and rectification should be carried out. After straightening, the conveyor is transferred to the flaw detector for flaw detection experiment. Finally, the label is affixed, the specifications are arranged and placed in the warehouse.

　　The oil custom pipeline stacked in the open air must have wooden mats or strips under them. The stacking surface should be slightly inclined to facilitate drainage, and attention should be paid to placing the materials straight to prevent bending deformation. Stacking height, manual operation is not more than 1.2m, mechanical operation is not more than 1.5m, stacking width is not more than 2.5m. There should be a certain channel between the stacking and the stacking. Inspection path is generally O.5m. The entrance and exit corridor depends on the size of materials and transport machinery. The stacking bottom is generally 1.5-2.Om high. If the warehouse is a sunrise cement floor, it is O.1m high; if it is a cement floor, it is O.2-0.5m high. If it is an open-air site, the cement floor cushion height is O.3-O.5m, and the sand and mud surface cushion height is 0.5-O.7m. Open-air stacking angle steel and channel steel should be lowered, i.e. mouth-down, I-shaped steel should be erected, and I-channel surface of thick-walled oil custom pipeline should not be facing up, so as to avoid rusting in the water.
